Mike Eggert and Jemma Whiteman from Pinbone have found their new temporary home in Mascot, helping Merivale test out local waters and it's thirst for quality fare at the Tennyson Hotel. The Pinbone Crew have given a delightful italian injection to the changing suburb, bringing in the likes of Raw Veal Bruschetta, Grilled Beef Tongue with Porcini, and classic Tiramisu with an add-on crowd pleaser of Hazelnut.

Passers-by, including myself, find it hard to miss the glaring sight of cured meats, sausages, french and english cheeses alongside canned goods. Continental is what you would expect to find in a hidden corner of old Sydney. Continental Deli & Bistro are making big waves with smallgoods.
